I offer a 30-day return policy for unframed prints, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your print to request return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt immediately and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report damage, please share photos of the damage (at email@example.com), along with the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt for eligible claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, and items of custom dimensions). Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sorry, no cancellations. In order to minimize wait time, I put prints into production immediately upon receiving your order.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
